The Green Green Grass of Home!

Rain has stopped play in our garden...but luckily it's really helped with the grass seed!
Neal did a great job levelling the new lawn area just before the rain started. A welcome break after weeks of tropical sunny days!

Neal constructed a great bird scarer out of sticks and tin foil. It certainly did the job! He also found a great lump of wood that's now hanging as a piece of garden art on our newly painted 'black ash' fence!

Ta da! A bit patchy still but at least we have a lawn! Now can we have the sun back please!

Next job is the patio...

Now a '3 bedroom' house!

Now we have our new little baby boy we had to give him a bedroom! So we now officially have a 3 bedroom house thanks to Neal's hard work, again!

 Amazing what a lick of paint, a good tidy up and a lot of love can do!

In the meantime, as summer looms the garden beckons!

Bring on the summer holiday!!!....

The patio takes shape

It's spring! The birds are tweeting and shivering, flowers are struggling to bloom and Neal's been out in the garden!

A new plan drawn up for the garden...a long way off but looks possible
