Wonderful walls!

The walls have been getting a bit of attention and the brushes and rollers will be out again very soon!

The 'Redcurrant Glory' wall adding to the Christmas feel.

The mighty mosaic is finally complete and grouted. Shower and curtain sorted too so after 3 months we can now have proper showers...yay!!!

 To teach Jasmine her name we thought we'd plaster it across her wall!

We also have a proper dining table (£20, thank you ebay!) 

and the box room is still, well a room full of boxes!

Little home comforts and lovely gifts

The home comforts are increasing now which is lovely. We also have some lovely house warming gifts on show since our 'Thank You' evening. It was really lovely to see everyone who came and thank everyone in person!

 The dining room art gallery (yep, it now looks like our house eh!). Gorgeous flower arrangement on the left from Dad & Tina. Oh, and new light which looks great lit up.

Roses (& Prosecco) from no12 and chocs from no10. Biscuits from the Jashapara family and the lovely picture from Chris and Louise.

Jasmine's new artwork also on the dining room wall and the 'Thank You' wall signed at the party which will be photographed, framed and hung in the hall once it's decorated.

On the tiles

The mosaic on the bathroom wall is taking shape! Here's the rough idea laid out on the floor.

We have a few tiles to buy to fill the last gaps but it's now taking shape on the wall. A riot of colour, pattern and texture...great tiling Neal! Can't wait to see it finished.

 5 years after we bought the paint we finally have a pillar box red front door...gorgeous!!!

Oh, I thought I'd show off the view from our bedroom window. Shame to buy curtains I think!

A bit out of date now but here's some photos taken since we moved in on Saturday. More very soon when I have internet connection again.

It's all white!

After a weekend away in dorset I returned to a white wonderland!...including Neal!
